Doctor Consultations (In-person or Tele-consultation).

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be initiated in the following scenarios:

Hospital Cancellation: If the hospital cancels an appointment due to doctor unavailability or technical issues and a reschedule is not possible.

Duplicate Payment: In case of multiple debits for the same booking due to a technical glitch.

Advance Cancellation: If a patient cancels a pre-paid appointment or health package within the allowed timeframe (as specified below).

3. Cancellation & Refund Timelines

Consultations: Must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
